Oneala Bell, is a certified breath practitioner and a trained teacher of the breath integration method. Oneala has completed all her required trainings in person at Breath Integration Coaching and Training Centre in Kamloops BC.
Her biggest joy in the work she does is supporting her clients to fully use this life changing breath integration method, as a tool in their lives to receive relief from negative emotions, work through past traumas, and accelerate their inner self-growth.
Oneala's personal journey with breath integration is a source of inspiration for those who are struggling with not feeling enough or dealing with past traumas.
